Modern Classics magazine photoshoot request

Afternoon ladies and gents. My name's JJ and I'm the editor of Modern Classics and I've been a member of this forum for many years, having had a number of MkIs in the past. Sadly I don't currently have one so I'm looking for a very tidy (and standard) MkI GTI for a photoshoot we have coming up on August 22nd.

This is a large shoot celebrating the best front-wheel drive cars for drivers and will include three decade categories. Obviously the MkI is in the 80s bracket against the 205, the 90s sees an M100 Elan up against a Honda Integra Type R and the 00s pitches the Clio 197 against the Mini Cooper JCW.

The shoot will take place at Chobham test track which allows us to use access roads without any traffic that look very much like the road. You've probably seen it on Wheeler Dealers and such like (http://www.longcrossfilmstudios.com/index.php/test-track). Please note that this is not a track day, we'll only be using the cars at 20-30mph for the 'action' shots and then putting them into a static location for the main cover shoot.

This will take the whole day on the 22nd from 9am to 5:30pm but we're happy to provide lunch and laughs (hopefully if the weather's nice) not to mention the fact your car will be on the front cover of a leading UK motoring magazine, which you'll receive a few copies of, free of charge.
