G60 gurus help!!

Getting there with my g60 mk1 but I've fitted a g60 radiator with a top fill end on. What's best fan switch to use and best 12 inch fan to use.  Also I can't get the boost return on, so what have people done. I don't really want to put a little filer on breather as I don't want oil all over the bay. Also what have people done about the isv of the boost return is deleted.

use a std mk1/2 switch, its what the G60 had. go for a 2 pin one as you'll only have a single speed fan. any decent aftermarket fan should do you, but if oyu find its not quite man enough make up a shroud for it so it can work more efficiently

As a matter of interest (possibly!) one of the best fans we ever bought was from Australia.
When I thought about it they do, in some areas, have extreme heat to contend with!
If the Ford RS 3.1 litre lump ever failed he could have got home with the fan alone.
