Can anyone help me out?

I'm refurbishing my steering rack at the moment and I'm missing a part.
I'm looking for the locking nut that locks the tie rod in place. A stupid small part I know, but I just can't find them. I purchased a tie rod from euro and one wasn't supplied,  heritage don't have them, eBays  no good. I would make one but it's an odd size. Measured up at 22mm fine and the tap is £24! 
So I'm hoping someone can help.

Have you tried Mark at vw classic, aka funk-star just incase he hasn't seen this

Have been waiting for funk to get back to me. Has anyone else got any suggestions or one lying around? Beer tokens waiting.
