anybody know?

I know it's not a mk1 part but its fitted to a mk1 so that counts, can anyone tell me how to get this bearing out without breaking the casing? I have hammered the C**P out of it and it won't move. Also where I might purchase these bearings as, like the MK1, they are discontinued.
