Information usually covered by the data protection act can be released for the readons of detection, prevention of a crime. To instigate or defend court proceedings. Section 34 or 35 of the data protection act just google it.

as i said ive got paypal involved,so hopefully they can get my hard earned back.
To me it is about the money (£80) & the principal,as all is based on trust

I got a metering head from him but I went to his house to collect!

DOUBLE9,thankfully i did,he`d already rammed the price

i want to try to help out here put a list up of what people have paid for and not got if i have it in stock sure we can sort out a mega cheap deal pretty much just the postage  but this is only for people that have been ripped off by this lad as when this started,i thought yer its a nightmare keeping up with posting out items, i had nearly 20 the other week so understood what he was saying but now just to rip people off is s**t.

I dont suppose you have flag mirrors, and a tintop center console? then i could bundle postage on top of the shocks. (assuming they are in decent condition when i get these pictures )

I had purchased the small metal battery securing clamp from golf c which has never turned up. I still need one if its in good condition. Thanks
