Uprated manifolds

Hi there guys.
Right I'm facing a dilemma of what exhaust manifold to get for my 1.8 8v (DX) engine.
I've previously had one of the Ashley 4 branch mild steel ones, however had heard about there ports not matching up well. 
I've seen that ta technix make one and they are around £160, which is really cheap for a stainless one, and I'm assuming that it's not great. 
I have also been on the supersprint website and everything seems good, however are pretty pricey. But I suppose you get what you pay for?
I just wondered if anybody has any experience with them or knows of any better ones? If you could help me out with some links then that would be great
