Intermediate Shaft bearings

Hi

I'm looking for some intermediate shaft bearings for my 1983 1.8 Golf GTI with a DX Engine.

The casting numbers that are on them are

056 501
056 521

I've tried all the usual suspects like VW, VW Heritage and spent a bit of time searching the net, any ideas???
