Shall I steam clean? What Engine oil?

What a load of rubbish, oil is oil it's up to you if you want to chuck away hardd earned money. I've been using the cheapest oil available for years and this has not worn my engine at all, what is inportant though is how regular you change the filter and oil.

A good tip to make a cylinder head look like new is spray with a good quality alloy wheel acid cleaner, the wash off and dry and spray with engine laquer, don't put too much on as it will turn yellow.

Oh and the best bit is when the engine fires up and the varnish cooks the engine smells like new.

Its all marketing hype to get you to buy the dearer product. My engine looked like new when the head was removed, and I used the cheapo oil for years.

Reminds me of the difference between tap water and mineral water.
