Wich brand are those headers ? Look's good ,what about the engine response with that tri-Y headers.

Are there too much gap between tubes and steering rack? I will install a tall block 2.0 in my mk1 and i was wondering if headers will hit the steering rack ,i you guys have some pics underneath i will appreciate.

My headers were just ebay specials, full stainless steel though. Purchased from "Speed Daddy" and were fairly cheap too. I'm in Houston and whoever was selling them was in South Houston so worked out good for me. They sound pretty amazing i have to say. Love em. The 4/2/1 or tri-Y works good on my car and very responsive. Shes overbored 1mm has 10:1 compression pistons and has a TT276 Cam too. I have those headers coupled to TT midpipe and rear section going out through their Borla exhaust. She sounds the biz! I preferred Borla over the other brand TT offer because i also have Borla off road cans on my mustang and i just love the sound of Borla exhaust.

As for gap between headers and power rack it tight back there not super tight but tight enough that you will probably need heat shieldling. Check the rest of this thread, i added heat shielding on my power rack and fit the standard exhaust heat shield on to my headers to help.
