Hmmmmmm….. think they have a list of who's paid on the gate but not sure.  Want me to ask in mods section mate as they are really busy with AGM but they do check mods section now and again.

Should be on my way up to this on saturday and camping the night. If not, i'll defo be there early on sunday as i heading that way to go windermere after. Yep, in my mk1 golf

mixerman i dont think the mk1 annual gathering is the place to be experimenting with illegal sustances  :cry:

and yes coca cola is still classed as an illegal substance if your diluting alcohol!

i only say whiskey cos i know after 24 bottles of corona ill drink anything :p

hello im new on here i live within a mile of the racecourse and own an early mk1 rabbit that is quite highly modedwill i get in the show and shine as it is very clean

yea cause you will, any golf mk1 is welcome

show and shine is open to everyone with a mk1

theres different catogerys

There's a few extra points on offer in the show n shine if its slightly out the ordinary or has speacial features and rare options. So you could score more if its a genuine Rabbit which are relativly rare in this country! :wink:  Bring it along and let us have a look!

There are catagories for both modified, standard and an extra special award so everyone is welcome.

hehe but, but officer… its good fun…. love the rush from too much coke… dont like diet tho.. doesn't give the same kick..

it is a rabbit shell but it looks like an early mk1 with small back lights and small chrome bumpers and too many other mods to list

Sadly cant make it this year but do have fun and look after Dano he needs a special friend cos im not there!!!
