Cabrio Roof Cover

Does anybody have any pictures or know were i can get hood of the plastic insert for the cabrio hood cover has anybody prefabricated their own.

Plastic insert?  Where on the hood, front left seal, or rear window frame?

Things that screws screw into?

Year, and a Photo go a long way into getting us the proper name.
