Recently finished Subaru and new VW Polo

Have just finished painting up a mates subaru and am quite chuffed with it so thought i might share a few pics with you. Its in the pearlescent yellow from the renault sports







Also have just made a little purchase for a runabout for work and for the better half to learn to drive in. Got lots of plans for this too particularly a new colour but keeping that under wraps for now.

Thanks jellybelly. No i just do it as a hobby. this has taken quite a long time to do as there where weeks of prep work on the car as it was rotten and the lad kept running out of cash  :roll:  lol.. Still needs a good flat and polish yet. Have loads of pics of it all the way through but cant seem to find them at the min.

i need to find someone to spray my car but i dont trust anyone around me

At the min i dont have anywhere permanent but am using a building at work which is where my golf is now in my other thread. Its funny, people always know of somewhere thats empty but as soon as you say you do spraying they are not interested anymore.

Its all the health and safety implications i think, they dont wanna be accountable for your actions. This is why i am using this unit at work. Its out the way and nobody knows i am there half the time just the security and they are good lads. :wink: Just done a complete front end on a workmates volvo estate but the doors were not wide enough to get the car in so we had to unbolt everything. My golf went in without a problem.

Not usually a fan of yellow cars but likin the scooby, nice finish too  8) Looks from first pic tho that you got some overspray on the garage roof
