Not mine (unfortunatly!) but I was given the job of repainting this 1912 Silver Ghost and rebuilding its engine back in the early 90's.! (amongst other early Rolls-Royces)

The Silver Ghost is a beauty of a car. She must be worth a mint.  :o  :o

Not sure what that would be worth now as I've not been involved with them for a few years now but I drove this car (4th oldest surviving Ghost)  when I was 18 yrs old and that had a price tag of £3,000,000 at the time after we had restored it! (We also restored the red one behind it)

Anymore pics of the Renault 5 GT Turbo. Always had a soft spot for them. Looks like yours is a Series 1.

hi mate yeah got a couple more, im the same as you always had a soft spot for them and when this one came up local i sold the nova and handed over the cash, yep its a phase 1 quite early aswell as you dont see many c regs i think they made a few b reg gt's but not many. As you can see someone has messed about with it colour coded everything and put some awful subaru seats in but all that will change over time as im giving it a respray and returning all trim and bumpers back to black :) interior was a mes when i got it but i good clean brought it up quite well. it was the fact it was a phase 1 and the underneath of the car that made me buy it, its very solid and runs and drives spot on, styling is terrible but ill sort that ;)

ps also wheels are terrible and bonnet lol

Yeah the bonnet does look awful mate. Good on you for returning it back to original. Good luck finding some of the bits though as they're almost as hard to find as some MK1 stuff

yeah the mk1 stuff aint cheap but there is a great site for bits he has everything i need but its gonna cost lol and the rtoc forum is brilliant aswell

Not mine, but I get roped into helping mate keep his fleet on the road. 306 Turbo Diesel Saloon, top of the range motor even had a rear wash wipe. No rust (galvanised?) Fast and economical and half price of Golf/Vento. He didn't really get on with it, we had to replace clutch and glow plugs, both normal wear and tear items on an older car and rear suspension was very soft, typical Peugeot trait; he sold it to someone at work whos still got it and thinks its the best car hes every had! Mate used cash to get a Frontera to pull a caravan that hes used about twice in 3 years……

Also help with keeping his giant mecanno set on tho road
