my new daily vw (iv always wanted one of these)

before you you ask why… i dont actually know… i always wanted a mk4 polo… its just one of thos cars iv wanted to own for ages!

so yeah. i am a proud owner of a purple mk4 polo ill get some pics up later. i picked it up at 9 last night so it was too dark.



its got a few problems, it doesnt idle when cold an the brakes seemed a little iffy but nothing major.
the rest of the main bits are just rust spots but again thats just a weekend on each spot.

any way. im off to tinker this will see me though the winter until i get the money to get the golf up an runnin

just a quick couple of photos as iv been working on it all day. the idle was sorted out by tightening the cable..

the blower problem was sorted by changing the pollen filter…

the window motor has snapped the cable so im getting one from a mate…

soo… for the price i paid… i kinda robbed the man :/ ahh well!!!

ill show the rust spots in a couple of days when im not so busy

got the hid kit turning up an everything next week lol

We had an early 1.3cl, brilliant around town. Sold it to mother in law who later gave to sister in law, still going strong!
