My MK1 Jetta first look to see its condition

I'm not sure if I will have time to do a full restoration on it - but I want to at least assess the condition first.
After all the bad weather it has quite a bit of water inside - so i have taken out all the carpets/sound proofing and seats to try and find the cause. Its wet all the way up to the fuse box - so possibly the front window? The front window seal is shot, and there is rust on the body under the seal - so I have taken out the front glass. Have a look at these pics - I wouldnt mind peoples opinions on how tricky the couple of major rust spots would be to fix - and any ideas on the best plan of action.
I am more than happy doing the majority of the work - I just cant weld - so that is something I would need to get help with!
Thanks for any advice and I will update once the project continues.
I have ground out the rust under the window seal - looks like that will be salvagable without welding. The passenger wing has a faily large hole - but again this should be fixable without the need of a new panel.
The passenger side rear arch and bottom of rear wing are the worst. As you can see the rear wing is pretty bad - I am guessing this would require cutting back and a new section welded in? The following shot is the underside of the rear wing - this is also pretty bad and will probably need cutting out.
My only concern is the availability of Jetta body parts.
Does anybody know where you can get a rear wiindow seal for a Jetta - I may have to replace that and can't find one anywhere!!
Thanks again for your help.

Doesn't look like there's anything there that is impossible. Good luck with the restoration.
