mk1 VW GOLF CABRIOLET 1980

was in a yard next to my mates yard and got talking to a guy about my bbs alloys a had sitting of a mk3 golf

then a told him i had a mk1 a put the 2.0 16v into…..

he says a have a mk1 clipper had it in a truck trailer and was there sitting for 4 year

so ended up buying her

here she is after a put some wheels on her

Apart from a new Interliner/top pad & hood what else needs doing?

put some more cash into my other mk1

failed mot on friday

1. front brakes
2. rear brakes
3. handbrake cables
4. both front wheel bearings
 and some other small stuff like bulbs and stuff

Not massive stuff then.
It's had the big bumper kit fitted at a later date.
Should have the small bumpers on for a V reg.
Are the rear seats the same as the fronts?

yeh the rear seats are the same and in brill condition

also are heated just not wired up

so a was told

Yea,
These are out of a Rivage edition model.
Heated seats are great in winter.
