Honda CR-X del Sol and 206 GTi HDi

Aside from my new Mk1 acquisition, I also have a 206 as my daily drive and a sporty little Japanese summer number.

The del Sol is a Jap import and is the top spec SiR model. It has the awesome auto targa roof which never fails to amuse. The engine is sound but the bodywork needs some attention. I reckon I overpaid considering its condition. That said, it always puts a smile on my face when the roof's down and I hit 6k (yo).

The daily runner is a 206 GTi HDi. Basically the 110hp derv with the GTi trim and set up. This is my 5th 206 and by far the most troublesome. I do like them though, I think they're very underrated, especially the GTi 180 (I've had 2!).

nice to see your other motors dude, you gota love the VTEC :-) , i had a 1993 civic ESI not the LSI (more common) so it had something like 130 bhp from a 1.6, was a great little car, bullet proof

I do like the VTEC driving style. The CR-X is quoted as having 159bhp from it's tiny 1.6, and a 169bhp if using higher octane fuel (as they do in Japan). Quite remarkable that it's so reliable.
