I saw one for sale just like that on the side of the road on the way back from Southend on sea about 2 years ago for ?400 smackers wish I had rung the number now!!!

Alright Paul, how ya been, you still got your Mk 1 ?? Well plans are just to get her tidy and lowered on some 7 X 15 rims, so can have a nice reliable retro ride with a ma hoo sive boot !!!

Well Ifound this beaut in Mersea near colchester so its in that area Dubstar74 !!

im sure we can come to some sort of arrangement on the 20v mate lol just say the word.

im going to take the rear arch covers off mate and have a lookie at them seem abit crunchy

Yes mate still got here she went straight through the mot after being sat in the garage for 3 months loving it again so think she is going to have to stay  
Plans sound good mate i used to own a 83 jetta back in the day

Oh no not too crunchy I hope  

well the jetta of muchness had a session yesterday on the rollers it ran a poor 61bhp first off, but after setting the carb the up and finding a fault in the ignition coil which was closing the distributor gap up and made it hold back,
so after a new coil and few more goes on the roller she made 82hp and ran much better.

just out of interest where abouts are you based might need some work done on mine  :roll:

Just getting this up to the top again as Mik at MV has been doing loads to her for me !!CHeers dude !!!
