And this IS helpful. As Wendy says, throw us a line.

It's easy, if you look through your previous threads you'll see I'm the helpful sort who has helped you post up pics on one thread and given you encouragement on another. But unfortunately with absolutely nothing to go you're gonna test anyones patience, I mean really, why not just tell us what you're on about?

Don't take it personally.

Stay on the forum, respond to threads & try to be helpful, amusing, non-confrontational, and people will slowly start to recognise you and you will get more response from other posters.

Just takes time like all forums.

Also - we are all guilty of it, but try to do some research before posting cos most hate repeat questions - try to remember a lot have been on here a loooonnnnnnggggggg time.

I take it you're not just taking about your project thread?  It all depends on the subject my friend…. take the extreme… if you post something like "Barbies anniversary" you'll not recieve many views.  If you post "MK1 with jet engine" you'll receive loads.  It's all about what people find interesting.  I've had loads of posts go unnoticed but it doesn't bother me as many I've posted have been well recieved.  Don't take it personally matey…. it depends who's logged in, what frame of mind they're in (funny, serious, seeking knowledge, problems with their car etc).  Just keep posting  :y:

If you mean your project then people have seen many project and only some will catch their eye.  I view some of them depending on the title.  AdaptorMans crazy caddy and x's engine bay clean are tottally different things yet both got my attention.  Adaptorman is funny and is so "yeah why wouldn't this work" that it's brilliant to read.  X is young and so enthusiastic that I read his one.  If your comical, enthusiastic and/or doing something new you'll get more views.  That's not to say that other things don't get attention because when I'm bored I'll read most things… don't take it all personally  :wink:

It will also help if you dont start multiple threads, quick glance and i can see you've 5 different threads starte din cars and projects

you'll get the hang of it soon

start one project thread and then keep adding to it, use reply and dont enter a subject aboveand that'll keep one topic on the go all the time..
