US Vanilla Mk1 Golf ... new pics page 5

Hello mates, my friend recommend me this site, since i just purchased a mk1 Golf. Heres some pics of daily driver mk1:

Heres how i bought:





I used to own the red mk2 on the pic and traded my mate for his mk1 + some cash:

And heres the new pics:



After a few days at my mates shop, i got the following done:

Shaved antenna.
Shaved wing markers.
Shaved rear wing markers.
Rolled fenders.
Color coded wheels.

Interior pics:

hello welcome to the club , as for your car……..love it , great colour. only thing i'd be tempted to change would be the headlights, change them to a single round headlight grill and maybe some  chrome headlight spoilers , might be a little different round your way.

Thanks mate, as soon as i can find a good condition or new front pannel, i will, im collecting parts at the momment to do the front end swap.

lovely i would keep it as is just re upholster the interior and get a nice trick roof rack

are you sure you need the front panel ?  looks like you already have the right wings, i would be tempted to get the  headlights & grill first and see how they fix up.

If you have some welding skills, shouldnt be a problem to weld a straight piece of metal strip where your lights go.

damm i love it, thats the colour ive wanted for ages!!! its gorgeous! i love the interior the way it is aswell!
I love the original radio too! that is the perfect mk1 for me, part from the headlights :wink:

Maybe change the bumpers to some Euro items and paint them body coloured like this.

I used to have a light blue mk1 before and always wanted this color too.
Headlights should be gone soon, lol.

Cheers mate, everything else its original on it. Interior, exterior.
When it was my mates car i told him to color code the wheels but
he didnt listen, lol.
