the white beast lol

Well after not having a mk1 i got twitchy and brought this

1990 H plate with power hood, 78k, power steering, 5 owners

Needs a few bits but is a pretty straight car and drives sweet.

P/s is coming off asap as it just feels odd with out the heavy steering.

not sure what direction to take this, but thinking of stripping the kit off and fitting small bumpers, gti arch's and dropping it on its bum.

Reason being is i love mk1 gti tin tops in white so might replicate this with the cabby.

Depends on if the car can pull it off!

Kit will be removed tomorrow and all the crap removed, have found some early bumpers hiding in a mates garage LOL so I'll give it a slap with the old school stick and see.

Will update as I go

Badges look tidy, keeping it stock?

Post

Not sure, every one that sees it says leave it as is, but my heart says de clipper it and drop it. I won't do anything that can't be put back.

Reason for fitting the stock head unit is it looks more in keeping with the dash.

On the rear arches there some kind of grey guard. I can understand why as mine are chipped to hell. Is this a common problem?
