the project if you didnt guess lol

well got my project last week decided on my 18th i wanted a mk1 and after 3 months of looking here i am with it in the garage on axle stands lol. the plan is to strip completely and do a steady rebuild from top to bottom.
today the engine came out which me and my dad lifted out with a fence post lol. and the rest had come out over the week building up to today. also shaved abit out the bay. overall im happy with the condition haven't found anything that cant be sorted. cheers russ

now i have the engine out i want to source a new engine so anybody know of a 1.8 ideally with box wiring ect.. as cant be doing with sourcing all separate. want to get this soon so i know what to do with the rest of the engine bay.
