That's me done for now
Got the car back from Stealth Racing had it remapped with K-Star the figures are 185bhp and 166lb of torque and the clutch was uprated to a Helix as it was slipping @5000rpm the engine is still running on the KR cams with a few more miles on the engine the bhp will increase hopefully then I will think about getting some cams sorted.
Which I am happy with after the engine flushing incident.
The engine work prior to the re-map is 2033 cc 16v full rebuild Wossner pistons uprated conrod bolts gas flowed head with the comp should have been 12:6 -1 wich should been ok but the car was pinking which must have been a result of the head being skimmed so there is now 2 spacer gaskets lowering the comp to around 11.
The car was under sealed by Mr Howell @ Southam bodies also.
Camber set up with 2' Neg camber with the use of camber shims
16s Rotas 8 j with 30mm spacer still need to loose about 5mm still as there is a bit of rubbing still. For the haters of these wheels the main reason for the change was preservation of the engine as I hit the sump and the prevous owner did too
Shrick baffeld sump and windage tray also
K-Star system

Ha ha thanks for the comment on the wheels they are Rota cups 16s with et 30 they are not the size of wheels I would have gone for but after whacking the sump that was good enough reason to change them I could have gone for BBS just to be differant the amount of haters for the wheel on a other VW forum was unbelivable
