Mk1 golf 20v turbo AWT longitudinal engine

Hi all, havnt been on for a while so thought I give an update.
Have done over 200miles now with no engine or gearbox issues.
Just got all my seats in now so can finally use it as a daily driver.
If anyone is tempted to run a 20v turbo in a mk1 then a longitudinal engine is a good choice alot of people say its a harder build but I disagree, u need to get a new alternator mount, alternator and tensioner, inlet manifold and fuel rail, all from a mk4 golf or a3 etc,16v cambelt tensioner spaced out,OS engine mount, I'm running a fully rebuilt 020box and later 210mm flywheel and clutch from mk2 gti,if ur not using an uprated clutch then get to know your parts supplier,I asked luk for a price on a mk2 16v clutch cover and mk2 8v plate they wanted £300, so I bought both kits and guess what I found, clutch covers were exactly the same so only needed the 8v kit.
Few more later pics
