replaceing floor panels.

hello all. can any one help? ive got a mk1 campaine in need of some loving, the floor is rusting away, i can get hold of a front panel, but finding it hard to get the rear panels?.if anyone knows a of a stockist, please leave details, also need some advice about removing old panels. do i weld new panels over the top old. then cut out after. or chop out first? thanks for reading, looking forward to replys.
