Brilliant work there  underneath of the car looks very nice cleaned back. Whats next? Whats happened to the blanking plates for those round holes, fars I was aware these aren't removable on my mk1?
Cheers

The round plates a glued on with the same white rubbery stuff that was sprayed over the entire underbody. Blowtorch/scraper and wirebrush combination worked eventually.markwon said

I feel like cleaning this stuff off is some sort of rite of passage, everyone should do it once…. but once is enough!!!!
Heading for Alpine White eventually. Next step is to replace enough suspension to get it rolling then its off to Melbourne (800km from Canberra) for roll-cage and seam welding.
Charles.

Now your talkin! that looks very impressive and the weather looks very impressive too! 8)
lol at your sealer comment - it is a real mission but well worth the effort
looks good without the shutz! get a good two pack epoxy primer on the floor pan - it'll last forever!
will be sweet in white too!
