raising a clipper

i have a clipper in which has been lowered big time i hate the ride.i was wondering is it a big job to put it back to its original height.are the parts ready avalible.

I renewed my whole suspension, springs, dampers, top mounts and bushes etc about 2 years ago and everything was available then.

Make sure they get the right shockers though cause they didn't initially with mine and it ended up looking like a '70's stock car!!!! There are coloured dots on the struts to tell you what type to get.

Plenty of people seek to lower them (and aren't too worried with the ride) so the best route would be to arrange to do a 'swap'. If both of you undid the suspension bolts beforehand (bottom bolts of both front and rear struts are the usual ones which can be problematical) and if they resisted or snapped, obtain the bolts beforehand, then arranged a day to do the 'swap' it should all go quite smoothly!

That's a brilliant idea, and well worth a try even if the one that wanted a lowered kit bought new. Some cash one way and you're laughing.
