We supply Powerflex kits complete for front or rear suspension applications. Kits include all bushes required for front or rear application including anti-roll bar mounts and drop links. Damper bushes are not included in the kits due to the fact you may have new dampers or be considering buying them. In addition non-suspension bushes are not included - e.g engine or exhaust mounts. The improvement in response from one of these kits is superb, especially on cars >3yrs old. If you prefer all bushes are available individually - please email with your requirement.

The Black shore 95 bushes are around 35-45% stiffer than standard and are ideal for motorsport use. ok so this weekend i found the Tig/Mig Welder in the garage and pulled the bad boy out to see what I could do ..

Now I need some help with the settings on the machine and Gas PLEASE .. because it was a balls up ..

Holes anyone ..

So i found the grinder and the spanners and operated those abit ..
removed the struts ..steering rack and grinded down some factory welds from things i had removed

inside

Outside .

So i need to learn to weld .. i dunno how the F to do it with this kinda machine .. It burnt the sharp point i kept making which i was told to do .. and it kinda welded the rod onto the point making it a ball .. and burnt holes in the car

I only know mig but if you're burnign holes in the metal, either its thin and rusty or your amps are set too high - or both!

well i think its mig, please have a look at the first few pics and see if you can tell me what settings to try … also .. the little piece of wire that goes in the "gun" that you make the arc with ..do i need a sharp point and is it meant to stay sharp .. as i start it goes round :P maybe its the wrong material .. its tungsten ? thanks so much  8)

Really don't know to be honest mate, only just starting to get to grips with MIG myself.

Try on some scrap steel with setting down low and just keep increasing until you get good penetration without burning holes.

Take a look here - Welding - The DIY Guide

I know it's only for MIG but may be helpful and show you what a perfect weld should look like!

Cheers
