My white-white-white '89 cabby gti

Gave the cabby it's first quick polish a few weekends ago, nothing major…

2 bucket method wash with megs NXT and a Schmitt
Quick polish with Menz IP using the PorterCable
Quick wax by hand using a tester bottle I had of some chemical guys bees wax (smells awesome)
Black bits rubbed over with Einzett Gummi Pfledge and Chemical Guys Trim Gel (Love that stuff)
Tyres done with Chem Guy Trim Gel
Wheels topped with Poorboys Wheel Wax
Glass and plastics shined up with Autoglym Glass Polish

pics…

One day when I have more time I'll give the car a proper claying and do the full worx on it.

fitted new rear lights and front indicators in the scorching sun yesterday, it hit 29degrees on the coast which is unheard of for the north east of Scotland!!

new (old) rears (swapped the white ones for a set of standard), I think it looks better, the white lights were a bit tacky imo.

new smoked front indicators, don't see much difference in them once fitted really but they needed replacing anyway.

washed and clayed the bodywork on Saturday (also a scorcher) but ran out of time to do the front end, hence the dead bugs and tar spots all over it!! (wheels are also a disgrace at the mo)

another 2 pics from Saturday (with old lights)
