My Wee VeeDub, "Project 666"

Well hi everyone im new on here and i live in Sweden, although im english so dont worry lol.
ok well i passed my test in november last year but the laws over here meant i couldnt drive until i turned 18 in july. my daily is a 91 Clio 1.8 16V dropped on 17's with  big ass rear box and soon to be Orange bodywork. but ive been looking for a Dub for like the last year, eventually settling on a mk2 rallye that was for sale. however the owner screwed me around and ended up keeping the car ad my deposit. however ive continued my search and found a mint shelled 83 Mk1 in Mars Red. the only problem being that its an AUTOMATIC!!!!! Well being a young lad an auto is never going to cut it so im going to need your help to fit a manual engine and box, preferably one that will bolt in without too much fabrication needed. so what engines can i choose from? and what pedals etc can i use? i own a bodyshop (along with my dad) so the shell will be off the chassis so i can completely restore the car in a 1957 GM Dark Slate Metallic paint with Deep Red Leather interior.

im hopefully getting the private plate DUB 666 once the car is on the road so thats where my project name comes from…lol

Rov716y has done an automatic to manual conversion and did quite a detailed thread on here, I'll have a look…….

Can anyone help me with a G60 conversion guide please?
what do i need and what do i need to do?
i can get an engine and gearbox easy engough but im not sure exactly what i need for the actual conversion
