Good idea putting the vinyl on the rear arches by back seat - the plastic covers get so tatty.

Having done/doing the same sort of resto myself at the moment, I'm interested to know;
- How long has it taken you
- How much work was subbed out, ie what didn't you do yourself?
- If you can bear to recall, or if you kept a rough idea, how much it has cost you?
Great work!
Cheers

ive tryed to keep it standard with the exeption of the wheels, coilovers and the lack of arch trims so in the future it can go back to being completly standard with little effort
tonac - the wheels are oz turbos 7x15 et15 with 165/50/15 bridgestones
chriswizz - haha i sold the bbs the were too big being 8x15 and 8.5x15 and the numberplate holder was on the bay, cost about 12 notes
and your questions jonharmer, its taken since nov 06 till now to do but it was in the bodyshop for around 6months doing nothing
ive done everything apart from the paint
and its scary how much it's cost me to do, some would say its not worth it but to me it is, when i started i had a figure of what i thought it would cost………. but that soon went out the window when i bought a box of nuts, bolts and brackets from the dealers and it came to nealy ?300! you start getting bits and bobs and it soon mounts up, it will have cost me in the region of 5k
thanks again
dan
