mk1 golf cabby

this is my cabby,rabbit,karman? lol.  iv wanted one for years and fianly got round to gettin one. alot has been changed on the car so no point me keepin it standard .
just put some coilovers on it so its lower than it shows in the pic.any 1 know of some good lookin 13" or 14" alloys for sale what ever will fit best? . really need a workshop manual cuz the car is not runnin right and need to check some things out under the hood cuz some one has been messin, been lookin for a manual but cant find one for my car for some resonm its the 1.8 8v 1990 cabby?.

any advice on what to do to the car feel free to say.
like i say im in need of some wheels . deep dish if possible and 13's if they will fit.
 

nice looking golf mate.. isnt there the manuals on ebay normally around a £5 there normally alright got one for my van once??  might be worth checking??

iv looked for one on ebay but they only go up to 1984 and cant find a cabby one ?
could really do with one cuz its runnin so rich at the moment.

i do like this red but who ever done the respray didnt do the best of jobs , plus dont know the colour code for it so if it needs touchin up ill have problems i think.

ill have a look later i have a few websites with car manuals on ill see if i can find one..... i have the same problem someone as done an outside respray on mine and again no recording of a paint code and it differs to the inside.. not sure if sprayers these days can match without a paint code??? does anyone else know??

no its had 11 owners so findin the person who done it will be a pain. ill get more pics up later of the crap job they done.might strip the car and start again. i do want a better engine in the car at some point so might think about doin it then. was thinkin of tryin to get my mk4 golf engine in there lol or a g40 if i could find one at the right price.

if you could fine a manual that would be grait mate. iv only had the car a month so not got a clue where to look for anythin apart from ebay lol

yeah me too i have been offered a few 2.0 16valvers but i almost just want to keep it original???  maybe that will be kept for the tintop?? yeah ill just drop the gf to work and ill have a look matey… be back in 30mins

nice one your a star iv just downloaded it , just need to get me head round it all now lol

thanks  dankayleigh for postin them up ill save them links and might order me one at some point. i would rather have the right book in my hands rather than goin back to pc or printin all that file off lol.
