Mk1 caddy from Norfolk the project starts

Got my caddy Im my new unit tonite and just couldn't help myself
Just a few hours later and thinking iv made a good start for the nite.

Sitting in it's new home just for a bit





And then!!!!



And by the end of the nite I was on one and just had to call it a day and found very few nasty surprises well happy

Thanks boys for the replys got a another day on it today and it coming along hope to have compleat bear shell for the end of the week.

cheers for the offer dude but im going to get on it by fri the latist. on a tight time scale to get her back on her wheels and on way to paint. i need space for another project and some private work but once again thanks for the offer.

Got a few more hours on the caddy and decided to get her in a more workable position  and I got plenty to do.

Got engine and box out just don't know what to do with it?? :/

nice to see another caddy being done i not long got mine its a bit ratty at the moment but i try and get on her as much as i can in between other peoples cars.
i just got a van vault for mine along with some front black cloth seats fitted a central locking alarm & immobiliser,bully net.
next on my list is a electronic ignition kit.
mine had standard petrol caddy clocks i fitted a set of mk 1 clocks with rev counter and they work fine rev counter works too so well happy with that upgrade.
mines going hemi orange or some load orange any way.
will get some up of mine soon.

I'm going for a dark gun metal Gary for the caddy got some cookie cutters was thinking of going Porsche seats but not sure what engine conversion I'm lookin at yet but I'll get her back on the floor and bay painted b4 I get carryed away.
