I seem to have ended up with another mk1 ! !

Had a knock on the door, would i be interested in a mk 1 golf, owned by the last owner for 15 years and kept in the garage…. ermm go on then….  ended up buying it, body in very good condition, should get it through the MOT without too much trouble… no idea what im going to do with it but couldnt resist ! !

think i must have lost the plot (wife not HP!!)

i like the side decals..  people normally stop me to buy mine instead of selling me another..

Im guessing Golf Club is some sort of dealer special, never heard of a VW version?….  Yeh, i must look like a soft touch ! !

Its a 1.1 Golf C on the log book, the bodys pretty good, bit of a dent in one door and some rust on a front wing, other than that spot on.  Interior is very clean, i kind of bought it thinking it would do for spares but its far too good for that !!

Not too sure what im going to do with it yet, i put a 16v in the GTI but i dont really fancy doing another conversion. I was thinking about just tidying it up and keeping it pretty standard, not often you see a standard one these days….
