Hi new here golf mk1 1.8T project

Hi every one my name is Stuart just joined on here to get some help hopefuly.
Im hopeing someone had done all this before and has some tips on what to do for my project.
Iv got a nice little Black Mk1 which im planning on putting a 1.8T engine in, so far iv got the engine on the way to my work, got VR6 clutch and a G60 flywheel. plannig on useing a mk4 gearbox. Im modding a 2.0 TFSI Turbo form a new S3 to fit onto the 1.8T block because the flange is differant. then 3" down pipe to 2.5" system. Porting the inlet manifold and getting head work done aswell. Thinking of uprated rods to be on the safe side of things. Got Big red porsche callipers for the front not sure how to mount then yet, think i need to buy or make a bracket. the car already has coilovers and wheels which is nice.
