Full Leather Re-Trim Project
First off a couple of pics off the Car… Not fitted the coilovers or wheels yet (hopefully will this weekend)
Now the Original Interior (I bought a Spare in near enough the same material so that i can still use the car whilst doing the retrim - Which also means I have two good bases with no bolster collapse!!!)
Then for the start of the Leather Trimming…..
Let me know how you think its going so far…

This would make a fascinating thread if it showed how it was all done, from scratch i.e. marking, cutting, seam lines, stitching, piping etc what a How to would that make.Brilliant
I bought 2 foam seat bases new from VW for ?139.00 inc VAT haggle for discount as these sell for ?78.00+VAT each. Have you considered putting in new bases, My seats are solid and it's great to feel the new comfy foam under my Bum.
I will watch this one with avid interest, keep up the good work.

I've now decided to sell the car (decided it not for me + I found I can get insured on a TVR Chimaera so I'm after one of them!!) unfortunatly and therefore the interior is no longer gong to be completed!
