engine rebuild

hey not been on her for a long time iv done a lot a of work on my car now and the engine is out wanting to fully rebuild it, I want to replace every possible seal and anything that's needs it wondered if you can buy kits for such or do I have to buy it all separate please can you help me out ohh yes by the way its a standard 1.8 gti engine

Your head and bottom end gaskets sets should have all the seals and gaskets you need.

Your engine reconditioners will supply the correct bearings to suit the reground crank and the oversize pistons to fill the new diameter bores.

Also required new during a rebuild are con rod bolts and head bolts as these are stretched and can only be torqued once.

Then the usual, new oil pump, valve guides, water pump, cam belt + tensioner and core plugs.
