Dnt no wot went wrong there!
Well just brought my first mk1 In lago blue.
It got 1.3gt polo engine ( slow) and polo interior! Seem good base shell minimal rust!
The plan is 2 keep the oem look but stick 1.8t in it!

we'll ignore the first post

Well iv pushed on with it iv strip the doner car which was seat Ibiza cupra r 1.8t. And I got home from 2day and I now have a k04 turbo 4 it!
Next it strip the mk1 ready 2 receive 280+ bhp! Got uprated brakes from the Ibiza so they going on it! Just got sort the engine mounting out
And then rebuild the engine with uprated rods, valves and hown out the block!! And few other bit
