i feel bad looking at it in winter mode / out of hibernation

its looks so run down and ratty, not how it should look

ill take some more pics soon after i clean it up again and put it back to normal

love the car mate, prefer it on the ats even though its still looks good on the bbs.

it looks abit off in those pics of it with the bbs on, becuase the ride height has not been set and its not looking great. also there phone pics

i have always wanted a mk1 on rm's to be honest and the cups were on from the previous owner, so wanted to make it more my own.

i still have the cups in my garage, think im going to use them as winter wheels and have the bbs wheels as sunny day/ show type wheels

ever thought of stripping the black paint and getting the polished look?  Thing is ive always liked the bbs as well.  the ats because they are shiny make the car stand out though.  Still think it looks good even with the bbs in black btw  :wink:

just a few pictures after a polish and clean, car has taken a back seat due to my g40 conversion on my polo!

the next few weeks i will be sorting the golf, new splitter needed thanks to a shit speed bump!, broken splitter and number plate removed in the photos!

no its on coilovers, the actual springs parts are red in coulour though if thats what you ment!
