1982 Golf Cab

hello another newie here, recently bought my first golf,woohoo only taken me 7 months to find a good one, first of all the car is in excelent condition, full service history dating right back to 1984. and had alot of money thrown at it. couple of things need doing but not alot really. need a new inner roof lining any ideas how much for a new one. also my wipers dont seem to want to work. fuse hasnt gone, is there a common fault or could it just need the motor replacing.

sounds like new motor flea bay ?25, roof lining around ?125 ish + fitting
