Driving along thinking happy thoughts because I'm off for a couple of days. As I approached a 'T' junction I noticed a Navy Cabby, the driver glanced to his right and I waved, but to my horror he flashed his index and little finger in a rude gesture.

Its not rude, it signifies W or with a little interpretation, the shape "VW" made by the fingers. Now, if he'd extended his middle finger too, it would be very rude:

That's the thing, it could have been his thumb but it was so quick it's hard to say!

has no one stopped to think that he was actually waving back, with the same hand that left three fingers behind in a terrible cam belt accident?

 That last pictured gesture is also refered to as a "shocker" on the account as to where ya place the little finger :roll:
