black E reg cab bracknell last saturday

Followed an E reg black cab from the  M3 along the A322 to Bracknell last Saturday. nice wheels and tailgate badges missing. also black rear light lenses - too black, could'nt see brake lights or flashers. E90 — I think the reg was.

i have an E reg black cabrio but wasnt in south london
