Cheap Auto

Hi

Don't know if this is worth buying just for the sake of it?

Nice price. The Mrs would cut my knackers off if I bought it though :(

Possibly mate but until you go and have a look and know what you are loking at you just don't know. Could be just a cheap car or he is hiding something.

I'll let you know if he replies.

Pretty much anything can be saved these days mate it just depends on ££££.

That looks in a really bad way but I have seen worse brought back to life. If you're asking me if it is worth saving I would say of course but it would need some serious skills and time to restore :)

Blimey if its that rusty on top, dread to think what the underneaths like, trouble is when a car is rusty all over every seem practically will have rust in it, and you can replace lots of the metal but it will still be rusting away unseen.

Too much work in that black GTI, it's a real shame to see a car in that state :(

You can tell it comes from a seaside town......

1983 Mars Red 1.8 Golf GTI
1987 Alpine White 1.8 Clipper Cabriolet

The trouble with doing nothing is that you never know when you are finished.

Bit difficult to tell from that awful picture mate. Would need a good look over by someone in the know.
