your lowered car pictures

i couldn't find anything about this and am currently struggling to find pictures to give me an idea of how low to go

so if anyone could help pictures of your lowered golfs and how its done ( dampers , lowering springs what size springs and wheel size )

any help is appreciated

My cabby.
This is as low as it will go really without cutting holes in the chassis..
Make no mistake, I will be cutting holes. :thumbs:But for now, it's on cheap coilovers wound down as low as I felt comfortable going, due to the driveshaft rubbing the body on bumps.
The wheels are 15" Porsche Teledials in 7J width all around, offsets ET23.3 on the rear, and ET53.3 on the front, and the tyres are 165/45/r15.

Not to sure mate I saw it and took a picture as it was a stunner !
It had to be on air suspension as it was sitting on the grass, I'm sure it won a top 5 award for water cooled that day 😃

That white one is definitely one of my favourite MK1s atm. It's on air ride, the chassis has been notched, and it's on 15" 7J Maserati Campagnolo Superleggera wheels, don't know much more about the setup though! :wub:
