Can anyone with them fitted please measure the height from the original lip to the top of the riser?
I'm looking to fit some to my Mk1 Scirocco and worried it might hit the underside of my bonnet as there is less room underneath there than a Mk1 golf.
Ones like this unless any one knows of other suppliers?

Many thanks for the picture and measurements.
Just been out to measure and 60mm will mean I need 2 holes in my bonnet, I've got about 30mm till I hit my bonnet.
Back to the drawing board, shame because I've read good things about the strut risers.
I've already fitted this kit., which is meant to be 30mm drop but I've still got 60mm between the wheel arch and tyre!

Pictures in the dark so not the easiest to see, 60mm is near my thumb and finger on the top of the wing…

They're good topmounts, but I'm going to get rid of this setup, I had bc body adjustable and 30 point damping coilovers on my mk2 which I loved.
They take you lower than you'd ever want to go, and are so comfy.

The problem with lowering as I see is is that you aren't giving tree rats and critters a break, well a neck or back…
I have had experience on a few of my cars with rabbit, cat, bird, and rabbit strikes. So much so that I have added Deer Whistles to the fronts of all my cars….. didn't mention the deers that jumped out of the way….
Hit a Pheasant and a Seagull once, it bounced through the headlight bucket and is wasn't fun cleaning out.
This was on a stock height 76 Toyota SR5 Liftback…
Haven't hit any critters since installing them

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?
They all start with GOOD Grounds.
Where are my DIY Links?

Now don't laugh (I've only ever purchased shocks for my motorcycles).
Is that price per shock as I couldn't see any info.

Also to note, the only thing I found to be annoying with them is the top thread pitch on the rear setup. The thread is m10x1.25, but they only supply the top nut.
When you fit the upper spacer sleeve on the rear coilovers (which you'll take from your existing setup) you'll need 2 x m10x1.25 nuts to secure these down.
