Lower control arm meets antiroll bar

Ive had a real pain trying to change the bushes on my steering, the control arm where it meets the antiroll bar bracket under the car 'the bolt snapped off as you can see the bolt is still showing but missing about 10mm off thread, any ideas as to how this can be fixed.

Oh, and never use a Breaker bar and socket, those types are best to soak in penetrating oil for a Day, then use a Air or Electric Impact….as the Hammering of the impact and rotation prevents torque shearing of the bolt that you get from using a breaker bar and socket….
