Lower control arm meets antiroll bar

Hi guys

Ive had a real pain trying to change the bushes on my steering, the control arm where it meets the antiroll bar bracket under the car 'the bolt snapped off as you can see the bolt is still showing but missing about 10mm off thread, any ideas as to how this can be fixed. Ouch. I think the only option is to get it at it from above and weld a new bolt in place. No idea how achievable that is. You can't be the first person to have one of those snap.

I have only seen folks find the spot on the fame and Drill through with a new grade 10 bolt from above and Weld the head to the pan……..It wasn't pretty or easy…..

Oh, and never use a Breaker bar and socket, those types are best to soak in penetrating oil for a Day, then use a Air or Electric Impact….as the Hammering of the impact and rotation prevents torque shearing of the bolt that you get from using a breaker bar and socket….
