Are the brakes all standard?
It can be a real pain getting rid of the air in the system when you replace the master cylinder, are you 100% sure all the air has gone and did you work from the furthest way back to the master cylinder ?

Try opening up the drivers side rear brake bleed nipple (furthest from master cylinder) with a clear pipe attached to the nipple watch for fluid and air bubbles while someone pushes down SLOWLY on the brake pedal to see if any fluid comes out and once the pedal is on the floor don't forget the tighten the nipple or air will get in the system. repeat a couple of times

If no fluid is coming out try doing the same at the master cylinder where the brake pipes fix (be careful not to spray fluid on your paint) so fluid is coming out then go back to the furthest cylinder and work on the other brakes till you get back to the master cylinder.

I just realized it's not a standard braking system…which way do your bleed nipple face on the rear calliper? I remember reading some where they should face a certain way but I can remember which way……

All sorted now, allthough i ordered a direct replacment it turns out the werent the same and in fact the nipples were facing down so i swapped sides and hey presto perfect pedal…..however i did have to get longer handbrake cables and modify the cable tubes
