ATF Fluid Leaking

My 88 clipper had a atf fluid leak, so I ordered a new gasket, fluid and strainer.

Stripped, cleaned and cleaned again and out it all back together, 3 days later it's leaking again?!?

The bolts were torqued to 15lb is it worth replacing the pan itself?

Help much appreciated 

if it is overfilled then it can leak out of the dipstick tube.

Also is it leaking from the Vent ports on the top of the bell housing?  Could be a sign of the dreaded a/f diff intermix.

The Tranny body holds about 3 quarts, and the other 3 are in the torque convertor.  So if you put more than 3 quarts, that is the issue.  

Make sure that it isn't leaking out the dip stick tube.
