AP racing 60/30 shock spring kit

Just wondered if anyone else has bought this kit?

I've just had it delivered and it seems to be inserts only.
Ive sent a message but doubt I'll hear back until Monday.

Just wondered what other peoples kit consisted of. The ad doesn't mention it being inserts only and the photos show complete units.

Problem is I'm going from coilovers to these so dont own my any strutts
