Looking to replace my knackered original fuel lines as part of my total restoration. Choice is either a new set of rigid, which I assume I will have to try to bend to shape!!??!! or flexi pipe.
I am quite keen on fitting a flexible fuel line kit. I see others have made up their own plastic/rubber fuel pipes to replace the rigid - but I dont really want to make my own.
These seem good but very pricey!

Has anyone used these and how did you find them.
I note they are Teflon so OK with modern fuels.
Will they fit in to the original clips/rubbers under the car?
Do they "lie" quite straight or end up rather wobbly compared to the rigid pipe.
Any thoughts gratefully received.

looks basically the same as the crazyquiffs stuff, which I used on my cab. they are a little thicker than oem but with a bit of fettling fit fine into the rubber bushes and clips under the car.
straightness will depend how much care you put into the install, theres plenty clips under there to hold it tight so you can get a decent result. getting steel lines straight would be a different kind of chore thats for sure

I think you can find them pre-shaped actually, but then you got to try and loop them into the bay. might come bent in half as well for easier packaging? its been years since I looked into it for mine
